HELI’s lithium-ion forklifts are designed to meet the evolving needs of modern warehouses and industrial operations. The forklifts come with several advantages over traditional lead acid battery models. The lithium-ion technology allows for faster charging times, often as short as one hour, and supports opportunity charging, which means the batteries can be charged during breaks without negatively impacting battery life. The 80 volt lithium-ion battery reduces downtime and increases operational efficiency.
Another key benefit is the maintenance-free nature of lithium-ion batteries. Unlike lead acid batteries, which require regular watering and equalising charges, lithium-ion batteries are sealed units that do not need such maintenance. This feature not only reduces the labour and costs associated with battery upkeep, but also enhances workplace safety by eliminating the risk of acid spills.
HELI’s lithium-ion forklifts are also known for their durability and long lifespan. The batteries can last up to five times longer than traditional ones, providing a more cost-effective solution over the long term. The G2 Series HELI lithium-ion forklift boasts a powerful 80 volt lithium-ion battery that offers numerous advantages. The forklift model is designed for durability and long-term use. With ground clearance of 140 mm and an IPX4 rating, this forklift model can easily be used outdoors and in rainy conditions and water of up to 200 mm. Some of the safety features include steering deceleration, colour screen instruments, PES three-speed mode, and rear handle with horn switch for safer reversing. The lithium-ion battery is also automatically heated at low temperature, with excellent low temperature adaptability. The optimised mast and pressed overhead guard for improved visibility, safety and ultra-low torque steering gear reduce operator fatigue.
