Die 57ste NAMPO Oesdag is suksesvol met ’n rekordbywoning van 87 191 besoekers, 377 vliegtuie en 69 helikopters aangebied. Meer as 900 uitstallers het vir moeë voete gesorg, maar die kosstalletjies en bedrywighede soos paneelbesprekings, demonstrasies en optredes het vir ’n welkome blaaskans gesorg. Die grootste landbouskou in die land bly jaar na jaar ’n trekpleister vir verskillende ouderdomme, geslagte, kulture – en selfs politici, soos wat die besoek deur onder andere president Cyril Ramaphosa en John Steenhuisen, Minister van Landbou, beklemtoon het. Graan SA kan met trots sê: NAMPO Oesdag bly ’n landboukampioen!
The 57th NAMPO Harvest Day was a great success, with a record attendance of 87 191 visitors, 377 aeroplanes and 69 helicopters. More than 900 exhibitors may have caused tired feet, but the food stalls and activities such as panel discussions, demonstrations and performances offered a welcome break. The largest agricultural show in the country continues to attract people of all ages, genders, cultures – and even politicians, as highlighted by visits from, among others, president Cyril Ramaphosa and the Minister of Agriculture, John Steenhuisen. Grain SA can proudly say: NAMPO Harvest Day remains a champion within agriculture!
